This is about the fourth time that our baby girl Millie has been a guest at Orchard end cattery. They are absolutely amazing, when we first took Millie there she was only a kitten and was very nervous and timid. With lots of care and patience, they’ve really managed to help her gain in confidence. I feel absolutely relaxed and certain that Millie is going to be happy and safe whenever she goes there. Would not take her anywhere else to be looked after. Very clean Environment with beautiful views all around and lots for her to do. Not the sort of cattery to just leave their guests unattended. lots of one to one attention during the course of the day which is a massive bonus. Nice to meet people who are hundred percent love cats and care so much. Looking forward to the next time Millie is in their care.

Excellent Cattery run by Jenny and Justin, they both put our minds at rest while we were away; by sending updates and images of our cat who we regard as part of the family. Very genuine people and caring! And the cattery itself is excellant, couldn't fault it! Our cat was that contented he didn't want to leave!

Orchard End Cattery is excellent - I always know that my cats are receiving the best possible care and attention from the owners. The cat pens are larger than many other catteries, meaning my two boys have plenty of space. And the views! They get to look at glorious hillsides and plenty of wildlife. The owners are so efficient and thoughtful, but do book early as they get full quickly!

Beyond great, the location and facilities are superb, Jenny and Justin go beyond to be helpful. You could not wish for a nicer couple who genuinely love and care for cats and have facilities that are well above anything else... So very grateful for their help especially when I was stuck and needed a last minute booking.

Jenny and Justin are absolutely amazing and such lovely people. Having left my cat in other establishments over the years, I can say without a doubt that Orchard End Cattery is the best. My cat received outstanding care and Jenny and Justin’s knowledge of cats allowed me to enjoy my holiday knowing she was in the best hands. I was updated with photos and how she was getting along. You can see how much Jenny and Justin love the cats in their care. In addition to being such lovely people, the facilities they offer are outstanding. Clean, warm and modern with every detail thought of. My cat is elderly and has limited eyesight. They ensured she could access everywhere and even gave an additional bed as a step. The views are beautiful and there is plenty for the cats to see with bird feeders. I will never leave my cats anywhere else in future. Thank you both.

Our cat Buddy, stayed with Jen and Justin the last week while we went on holiday.
Buddy had a lovely time. Very well looked after with lots of updates to keep us reassured on our holiday.
The cattery was clean and tidy and all the other cats there seemed content too.

We have boarded our two cats at Orchard End twice now, the first time them being young kittens last year.
Each time we have been provided with regular updates including pictures which has put us at ease! The cattery itself is spotless and well thought out. Jenny and Justin are compassionate and caring, their passion for cats is very clear to see. They are both very knowledgeable and love what they do.
We would recommend this to anyone, we feel at ease leaving our fur babies in their very capable hands 🐈🐈⬛

I have used Orchard End Cattery multiple times now and I can honestly say that Jenny & Justin run the best cattery around! When you arrive they are very approachable and welcoming to both you and your little fur babies. They make sure that they have all the information needed and always supply you with all the support and reassurance you need when putting your cats into a cattery. After getting our cats in and settled, they make sure that they are settling in well and kept us well informed with photos and updates on their behaviour as they are specialists within this field. They always make sure that they can provide the food that your cats are normally eat and how much you feed them. We took our own cat toys as they have favourites but they also have so many within the cattery which is amazing for the cats to stay entertained. I can tell that Jenny & Justin truly are passionate in what they do and I would trust them with my cats every time we need them.

We have taken our Eygptian Mau Freddie to Jenny and Justin for a couple of years and he loves it and they love him too! Nothing is too much trouble and they are always very welcoming. We know Freddie gets lots of love and attention and is very well looked after. If your looking for a small, well run cattery where your can lodge your cat......you have just found it.

Justin and Jenny are so welcoming and my older cat was so happy with them. They provide lots of attention to the cats and I received regular updates and pictures which I didn't expect. The pens are lovely and far bigger then we have had before. They provide numerous comfy beds and lots of toys. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be booking again!

Without doubt the best cattery I have come across. My cat hates catteries but she enjoyed her stay at Orchard End. Fantastic modern clean facilities with wildflower garden for cats to enjoy watching butterflies and birds. The owners were terrific, very helpful. I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastically clean and wonderfully friendly. Now won’t want to board Trixie anywhere else while I am away. The intermittent texts on how Trixie was acting whilst I was away is a lovely touch and so welcome. Fabulous!

We booked our two kittens in for their first cattery experience with Jenny in June 2021. We were so nervous as one of our kittens was on medication, but we didn’t need to worry. Jenny was marvellous and took good care of both of them, she gave him his medicine and we received regular updates, nothing was too much trouble for her. Everything was so clean and the kittens had a lovely view to look out on. We appreciate all Jenny did and we will definitely be using Orchard End Cattery again.

I would highly recommend this Cattery, our cat stayed for a week. Jenny made us and teddy feel welcome when we arrived and shows us the facilities. Jenny kept us updated whilst he was there and he was very happy. Lovely suites for each cat, very clean. He will be back for our next holiday.

This is a beautiful, newly built cattery that simply leaves all others in the shade! The suites are modern, spacious, immaculately clean, with sunning views overlooking the Somerset countrysde. There are even toys to play with if the guests forget to bring their own. Nothing is too much trouble, every diet is catered for and you even receive photographic updates once the visitors have settled in. It really does make going away more enjoyable knowing your pets are being very well looked after!

This was my first time using a Cattery and I was a bit nervous, but I needn’t have been. My cat was in very safe hands with Jenny, She updated me regularly and the facilities look fabulous and very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and would happily bring my boy back for another stay in future. 😊

We left our kitten Stanlea at Orchard End Cattery yesterday for one night, we were a little worried as he has never been away from home before. We needn’t have worried at all , Stanlea seemed to enjoy his stay and he was looked after very well by Jenny. This is a fairly new cattery which we highly recommend, so does Stanlea 😸. We will definitely be leaving our cats with Jenny again. Thank you Jenny.

This was our first visit to Orchard End Cattery with our 2 cats sharing a suite. Brand new facilities and a stunning location. Each suite is lovely, very clean and safe. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions we couldn’t take our cats blankets which did concern us but completely understood why. Really had no need to worry the cats suites have comfy bedding and lots of toys. Different areas and levels for the cats to sit, snooze and play on. Jenny (the owner) is lovely and very welcoming and clearly adores cats. We were sent updates via text while we were away which was very reassuring. On returning to collect our cats they looked calm and relaxed and really not that fussed about coming home.

I can thoroughly recommend this great new Cattery. I found it through Facebook and was impressed by the website info and ethos. Sadly, due to Covid, we couldn’t do a pre visit but were reassured by Jenny that their needs would be met (It was their first time in a Cattery) In fact their needs were exceeded! The pens were spotless, lovely and large with lots of comfy sleeping areas, toys and outside views to entertain them. One of my two is very timid and Jenny kept us updated with their progress. The Facebook photos are a nice touch too. They came home unfazed and settled back seemlessly. We had no hesitation in booking again for next year!
