These health and safety procedures for the boarding of cats during Covid – 19 are adapted from guidance from the Canine and Feline Sector Group, International Cat Care and Public Health England.

1. Social distancing and face coverings will be required when dropping off and picking up your cat.

2. Owners will be requested to bring their cat in their carrier to the gate entrance, where they will be collected by a staff member.

3. Prescription food and medication can be brought with your cat and we will sanitise the packaging on arrival and return.

4. We continue to use an ‘appointment only’ system to ensure that only one customer is at the Cattery at any given time.

5.  We are now allowing customers to enter the cattery but please wear a face covering and social distancing will be practiced.

6. All staff will be wearing appropriate PPE during your visit and your cats stay, adhering to Public Health England Guidelines.

7. Please be assured that we have your and your cat’s health and wellbeing at the heart of our service.
